The system opens at the press of a button. The specially designed key fob has two buttons on it – one for unlocking the front door only and one for unlocking the rest of the system (i.e. other doors and windows) – this gives you even more control over your home security! AND the centralock system also has a new feature called daylatch built into it. |
A full home central locking system will cut out opportunistic burglary almost entirely thanks to the new daylatch feature. Daylatch is where the doors and windows are open from the inside of the property but remain locked from the outside . The system will automatically put the doors and windows into daylatch mode as a default position – meaning the system will automatically correct any forgetfulness and give you great peace of mind. There is also a simple manual override of daylatch for cases where the door needs to remain unlocked for a short period (such as bringing washing in or carrying in shopping from the car etc).
